The
Zonemaster 200 fire control panels are compatible with Halon Bank
Fireseeker conventional detection devices. Covering 2, 4, 6 or 8 zones of
detection the range is available in economy or standard versions, each
incorporating a unique way of controlling sounders, detectors and manual
call points on the same two wire cable. This method of operation provides
greater flexibility in the system design, reduces wiring costs and
installation time significantly. As the system is extended in the future,
additional detection devices and sounders could be installed anywhere on
the system by connecting to the existing cable runs.
Designed to offer
high standards of build quality and performance the Zonemaster 200 range
meets the requirements of BS5839 (part 4) 1988 and the European Directive
on electromagnetic compatibility. All control panels incorporate a
prominent LED display, which provides the user with clear zonal fire and
fault indications. A secure keyswitch provides the required user access
restrictions, but allows entry to the operational levels.
The self-contained enclosures are engineered from high quality steel and
stove enamelled finished. An internal mains power supply unit and space to
accommodate independent standby batteries with charging facilities will
provide power to the system in the event of a mains supply failure. The
Zonemaster 200 control panels may also be recessed during installation by
using an optional flush mounting bezel.

The Halon Bank BeamMaster-H Smoke Beam Detector consists of a wall mounted
emitter and receiver pair incorporating a near infra-red beam to detect
smoke using the light obscuration method.
