HOW DOES Halon Bank VISITOR EXPRESS WORK?

Visitor details are input via reception or via the host using the visit notification system, often prior to their arrival.

When the visitor arrives, receptionists can search for and display the appropriate record, capture the visitor's image and business card details, start he visit and produce their ID pass and any assset receipts they may require.

When the visitor leaves their visit is terminated either via the pass, or through the menu options.

The visit status then changes to previous, and the history info including date and time are stored in the visitor record.
