and training processes, we are keen to ensure that we retain their

Each assignment is managed by a dedicated area manager whose
responsibility it is to ensure regular visits are made to the site,
reviewing all activity including the welfare and development needs of
our officers. Each area manager will arrange a formal meeting with his
or her customer at an agreed frequency. Matters requiring attention are
minuted and actioned within agreed timeframes.
